The tech worker, living in the city due to his job, created a creative CV for his house cook, which quickly went viral on social media, showcasing the city’s blend of humor and kindness in unexpected moments.

The objective of the resume read, “Bas ek hi goal hai: Aapko roz ghar jaisa khana milta rahe” while her languages included Nepali, Hindi and thodi bahut English.

An X user posted a request on the micro-blogging platform, asking for recommendations for a cook in the HSR area who could prepare simple, home-style dishes. In response to a request for a cook, an X user unexpectedly shared the CV of their cook, Ritu, calling her “HSR’s MasterChef.”
Her skills included “cooking like a pro,” from Rajma Chawal to Rasam Rice and other dishes. The CV also highlighted her expertise with both gas and induction cooking, making her suitable for any kitchen setup. The signature dishes include, poha, pakode, “chai ke sath garam garam naashta”, Dal Fry, Aaloo Parathe, Curd Rice, Idli Dosa and more.”
